Antony has more than 10 years experience in the corporate and legal advisory sectors, including 6 years in the investment banking division of N.M. Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Limited, part of the global Rothschild Group. This included 2 years as an executive in the group's New York offices.
Antony has developed strong strategic and financial analysis skills, and has been involved in a wide variety of public and private mergers, acquisitions and sales, both on buy-side and sell-side mandates, as well as a number of other corporate advisory and structuring transactions.
Antony has degrees from Monash University in Law and Economics (Majoring in Accounting & Finance) and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment (Majoring in financial instruments and trading) from the Securities Institute of Australia.
He is a board member of Brewers, Wolfe Research Pty Ltd and the Quadriplegic Hand Foundation, Inc.
